We want you to love your Island Frog gear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With original tags (if applicable)

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please email us at: 📧 support@island-frog.com

Include the following in your message:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you want to return
  • Photos (if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)

Our team will review your request and respond with the next steps.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Island Frog is not responsible for lost return packages

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or item, simply return the original purchase and place a new order.

Final Sale Items

  • Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return
  • Gift cards are non-refundable
